Many businesses are required to keep and maintain OSHA records of workplace injuries and illnesses utilizing specific OSHA forms and timetables. Even for those not required, but wishing to do so, the process of recording and maintaining these records can be confusing and burdensome. Let us do the work for you! As part of our OSHA Record keeping Service we will:
Maintain OSHA logs for your business(s) and update them periodically based on informationyou provide to us
Generate midyear, and year end OSHA 300 Logs for your accuracy review, and an OSHA 300A Summary for posting
Upon your request and as may be required during normal business hours, we will generate and transmit to your business, OSHA 301 Reports and an OSHA 300 Log to comply with an OSHA inspection
Here's how it works...
After speaking with an Innovative Risk Concepts, Inc. representative and determining if you have a reportable incident, you must complete the appropriate document(s) provided by our staff and promptly forward the completed forms to our office.
We will file a first report of injury with NYSIF, your workers' compensation insurance carrier, and The NY Workers' Compensation Board (if required to do so per NY Comp Law) and track for OSHA recording purposes
